This just a note of appreciation to all of your team for their assistance during my recent visit to Paphos to take over my apartment.
I recently took over my apartment and I was really impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the finish which was in my opinion to the highest standard. As testament to this I had 3 very minor issues on the snag list which were attended to immediately. I very much appreciate the fact that you cannot achieve such quality unless your team believe in customer care and your team from the office/ administration staff to the workmen on site reflect this in the way they carry out their work.
All during the process I found that all of my enquiries were dealt with in a customer friendly and most efficient professional manner. I want to thank every member of your team for all of the help I received, but I would particularly like to thank Virginia and Kyriakos for all of their assistance over the last couple of weeks when I was in Paphos to take over the apartment.
Virginia dealt with all of my enquiries and offered me very helpful advice which made life so much easier during a very stressful time.
Kyriakos is obviously a very valued member of your team and it is very obvious that he is very proud of the Royal Seacrest development and I was most impressed to see that he could be found on site at all hours of the day and night. My thanks to him for all of his help.
Finally my thanks to you for providing a product that I am very proud to have purchased and I will have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Hadji Vassiis Developers to anyone wishing to buy a quality apartment in Cyprus.
