PROFILE – “The Story Begins”

It was around 30 years ago that our father Iacovos Hadjivasili started the family business in the Paphos area. The main purpose then was in supplying the local construction industry with sand and gravel from a local quarry.

About 18 years ago, his sons took control of the business and almost immediately started to expand.

The business was renamed “HADJIVASILI BROS COMPANY LTD”. All aspects of the business were improved, new warehouse, importing of quality materials and improved customer base as our reputation grew.

Ten years ago, with the advantage of having low cost quality building materials and the knowledge gathered within the industry, it was decided that we should move into the construction industry. Since then, we have built up a reputation as “QUALITY BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS”, which is now our trademark.

OUR AIM

As we are a family business, with two of the four brothers in administration and sales, and the other two involved in the supervision of all building contracts, we believe it is important to give all customers our personal attention from first contact to completion of contract and beyond.

OUR STANDARDS

From a quality point of view, we believe (as do our customers) that we are the best construction company in this area. Some of our customers comments are:

We receive these comments because unlike other builders we will not under any circumstances compromise on the quality of our materials or our building standards. We can do this and still keep costs down because we import quality materials like tiles for instance, direct from the manufacturers in Italy, giving our customers a vast selection to choose from at no extra charge as these as well as our quality kitchen and bathroom units are included as standard. We also believe that all the materials we use in our construction process are of the best quality currently available on the market.
